QUICK STRETCH SESSION FOR GOALIES (OPEN)

  • Catering to the Sunday athletes/goalies at the PAD, Quick Stretch can be done before a skate/workout to warm up, feeling loose and supple, OR after a skate/workout to cool down and relax.

TEAM CLASS SESSION (CLOSED)

  • All team class sessions are customized to meet the needs of the sport. Classes are designed for pre-season, in-season or off-season with a focus on preventing injury. Great for healing and recovery, instruction will include breathing techniques and meditation to promote clear thinking and reduce stress and tension. This series will enhance any strength and conditioning program and is geared toward the team looking for the competitive edge they need to succeed.

  • This is a closed session, available only to Merrimack hockey

HOUR-CLASS SESSION (OPEN)

  • Whether a beginner or advanced practitioner, this 1 hour Vinyasa Flow style of yoga will explore fluid movement, linking breath and with postures. Classes will enhance strength and flexibility, balance and endurance. Breathing techniques will help reduce stress and promote relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, this well-balanced powerful format will compliment any sport.
